If I had my own business hall of fame, Brian Jones of The Table Group would easily have his own wing. Brian was one of the first consultants to join Patrick Lencioni’s consulting arm more than 15 years ago. More importantly, Brian has helped thousands of executives and their teams.
As much as I admire and appreciate the work of Patrick Lencioni, it seems he’s everywhere across the web – books, YouTube interviews, and hundreds of followers quoting him LinkedIn posts.
But I have a well-guarded secret. One of his greatest consultants at The Table Group is named Brian Jones. Then again, he’s no secret to the thousands of lives he’s positively impacted. He was on the CFO Bookshelf Podcast to explain we need more than smart businesses. We need healthy ones too.
